I thought that we were talking about guns, yet some of us seem to be distracted by other things.
There's no big surprise there. Isn't that what we are seeing in Congress these days? With the Republicans controlling everything, the gun thing needs to fade to the background with little change and disruption to the NRA's goals.
The circus needs to move on. |

Background checks for long guns, which includes assault-style rifles like the one used in the Parkland school shooting, surged 12.6% in the state. Nationwide, that metric rose 3%.
Idiots think that we're going to get rid of 300,000,000 guns in America. We might get rid of 200,000,000 of them, and that's when the bloodshed really begins. |

Wow less guns means more bloodshed, where's the logic in that?
Not from Malibu and not a guru!
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Since when does that mean every Tom, Dick and Harry and every Manny, Moe, and Jack should be able to purchase an AR15 or Ak47 at the local Walmart or gun show without any type of scrutiny on their purpose or potential use of such a device. Sounds like the definition of insanity.

He believe he has the right to have bio chemical and nuke weapons to fight off his governments oppression. After all he can not build his cave to stop bunker busting bombs so he has his personal order in with NK. He has the right to bear arms...

At least the generation of kids who have to shelter in place are making change.
Lots of marches and protests today. 17 Mile walk, one mile for every life lost. |

All modern weapons are assault weapons. All weapons are for military purposes. A 6 shooter fires as fast as as semi automatic gun. A punk will just carry 6 or 8 handguns during the next massacre, unless we have CCW. |
