Thanks we'll pass. We're trying to sell our tandem, the Kona Mahalo, which actually is a decent longboard or beginner board for a heavier person.

The Mahalo is on Cape Cod, and I assume outcast's tandem is here, too.

We had Andy Gratton & Mike Kroll sailing a tandem in some light wind races at a MOWIND event last year at Wind Power, Fond du Lac WI. They were having a lot of fun. Look for my Oct. 6, 2017 post of a picture in Windsurfing Discussion, page 41 of Windsurfing PHOTOS thread (Add your photos).

The caption was: 7 racers, on only 6 boards, 5 board varieties, 4 sail sizes, 4 sail varieties, headed for 4 different buoys, from 3 states, in 2 fleets in 1 race on 9-24-17 at Wind Power Championships on Lake Winnebago, near Roosevelt Park across from Wind Power Surf Shop, Taycheedah WI (Fond du Lac). If you can race it, come to a MOWIND event in 2018 ( tentative 2018 calendar: http://www.mowind.org/calendar/calendar.pdf)

On the far left headed left for jibe buoy # 2 is Arden on a Starboard Phantom. Headed to the right to buoy #1 is Wayne on a Mistral Equipe, Niles on a Mistral Equipe and Andy with Mike on a Shark tandem. Then Randy on a Mistral Prodigy is headed right for buoy # 3. Then Victor on a Kona One is headed left for the downwind mark. Randy & Victor in the Sport fleet started

The tandem board has found a new home here on the Cape, close to Kalmus Beach. I look forward to busting it out on light wind days, and if any kooks out there want to take it for a spin just sign the release from liability form and you can step on & laugh all the way to the channel & back.

Beware, however, that the nickname for this board is "Widow Maker" due to the fact that the forward sailor stands a good chance of getting swept off the board during jibes, or at least whacked on the head. Aft sailor is encouraged to duck jibe, so as to avoid such misadventure. (Just kidding 'bout the stoopid form, you're on your own)

Yes, I thought about that, & might give it a try. She definitely likes riding around on a board! I wonder if Windkook has taken his dawg for a ride on the tandem?
