Fanatic is changing their boards quicker than usual
Gecko replaced the infamous Shark
and the Hawk disappeared not long after
now there is the Blast with a new size of 145 liters
anyone out there tried one yet ??
i find them just a bit short at 235 cm
tried some slalom boards - SB iS 117W and AHD SL2 132
felt they were short and beyond my skills (or lack thereof)
so far this year has been mostly light wind for me
Mistral Equipe 2 and Fanatic Shark 145 ...
good winds
joe
nb oh yeah - next year there is the new 2019 Fanatic JAG

i had two Fanatic Rays, 145 and 130 liters, 2011 model or may be 2012.
Both are 235 long.
I have no problem with the length.

my AHD SL2 132 was 235 cm long
felt the nose went down easily
if trying tacking or uphauling
managed to do both, but required some technique

and for the BLAST which is stubby based / parallel sides
was wondering how people found it
especially the newer, larger 145

It's the volume and width in front of the mast that matters for easy tacking. Not the length.
