Out on a 3.7 and the H2 wing yesterday until it got windy. It was averaging 25 with gusts into the low 30’s. So, I bolted up the H5 and went back out. It was fine in the same wind speeds where the H2 was way too much. I did notice that the H5 rides way more nose up than the other Skingshot wings. Is there a correction for this?
The other problem that I ran into is the holy nature of gorge winds. Half the river is great and half the river you can’t pump it into a foil. Even though I try to jibe in the biggest gusts you can sure get stuck doing the hula. Solutions?
