Touch of wind for an hour at Berkeley on Wed., 5.3 and 92 liter wave board. Washboard chop, but some jumps to remind someone of fun to be had if fog pattern ever returns.

Four folk out this afternoon. 4.7, 4.7, 5.0, & 5.2.
Good wind. Beautiful water. Warm in the parking lot de-rigging.
Very nice Autumn day.

Natural Bridges today. Three people out. 5.0, 5.2 & 5.8. Nice day! Steadier winds than yesterday. Two hour session for everyone. Brews afterwards at Humble Sea. Guess it is not Autumn quite yet, but there is a sensation of such in the air. Miss the long days of summer, but hoping the season continues rolling on. I need eight more days of windsurfing to reach 100 for 2018.
Hope everyone else is still getting their time on the water.

Nice to see a crowd at Berkeley. Gusts to 24-28 and really flat water with one foot windwaves. Old fart done at 4, starting at 2:30.

Lovely toward the end of the season session at Stick. Tons of people out with Free style wave, free style, slalom and foil boards! What a great sport!
I am having the time of my llfe massively overpowered with Point-7 AC-X 6.5 and a 2008 (!) Exocet warp slalom 62 wide borrowed from Robert (it is the board that won the Nationals years ago, Jason at the cockpit). Nominally 90L, probably quite a bit more, is one of the easiest slalom board I ever used. Fast, very easy to jibe, a real pleasure. No cut outs, 235 long ... surprising, especially compared to the temperamental, so hard to keep on a plane when jibing, Patrik Slaolm 64 wide I used last year. Go figure progress!!

Almost noon and Berkeley gusting to 25.
Might be a good day to windsurf.
