Why can't the media be Trump loving sycophants like those folks at Fox News?
Why isn't Trump getting the admiration and respect that he richly deserves? If the truth was told, it's probably Hillary Clinton's fault, and President Obama's too. It's a liberal conspiracy that's so unfair. |

Trump goes and the Republicans bring in a Better candidate, problem solved..
I don't think he will be the candidate in 2020. I believe most conservative are happy with what he has accomplished but know he is bad for the brand and will look to replace him.
But who knows, only time will tell. I see guys like Lindsey Graham and Rubio already making moves. I still think Nikki Healy would be a rock star and very hard for dems to beat.. |

Where is the "liberal" in this?
Appointed by Regan:
On February 2, 1988, Friedman was nominated by President Ronald Reagan to a seat on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan vacated by Judge Robert Edward DeMascio. Friedman was confirmed by the United States Senate on April 19, 1988, and received his commission on April 20, 1988. He served as Chief Judge from June 16, 2004 until he assumed senior status on January 1, 2009.[1] When he took senior status, he was replaced by Judge Gershwin A. Drain.[2]
Does not expand the law: On November 20, 2018, he ruled that the Federal law against female genital mutilation (FGM) is unconstutional because the law overreaches the Federal government's enumerated powers as defined by the "Necessary and proper" clause and the "Interstate commerce" clause.[4][5][6]

Shameful that a judge would leave the door open for this barbaric practice to continue.............we hope judges can use their JUDGEMENT to push an issue in the direction of sanity when there is ample wiggle room.
This is about spineless people in this county, overwhelming liberal who will not dare speak out against Muslims or other groups who blatantly violate our laws or morale standards of conduct..
Crickets from woman's groups, human rights groups, and others...WHY???
Because they are Muslims. If this was rednecks in Arkansas cutting their children's clits off , It would be outrageous... |

So let me get this straight...You prefer activist Judges who expand the power of the federal government over individual states?
"U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman concluded that "as despicable as this practice may be," Congress did not have the authority to pass the 22-year-old federal law that criminalizes female genital mutilation, and that FGM is for the states to regulate. FGM is banned worldwide and has been outlawed in more than 30 countries, though the U.S. statute had never been tested before this case.
"As laudable as the prohibition of a particular type of abuse of girls may be ... federalism concerns deprive Congress of the power to enact this statute," Friedman wrote in his 28-page opinion, noting: "Congress overstepped its bounds by legislating to prohibit FGM ... FGM is a 'local criminal activity' which, in keeping with long-standing tradition and our federal system of government, is for the states to regulate, not Congress."..."There is nothing commercial or economic about FGM," Friedman writes. "As despicable as this practice may be, it is essentially a criminal assault. ... FGM is not part of a larger market and it has no demonstrated effect on interstate commerce. The commerce clause does not permit Congress to regulate a crime of this nature."

I prefer judges who protect children from having their cunts mutilated by Muslim freaks.
There was no doubt that one of you liberal retards would find a way to justify or defend this disgusting Muslim custom.
That judge had many options, and he choose to pass the buck, kick the can, and be a coward... |

Matty learn something? Face the logical consequences of appointing strict constructionist judges? As unlikely as Trump developing diplomatic skills—or honesty. Not gonna happen.
