it looks like there is a similar deal here:

https://www.kgbswag.com/shop/learn-to-fly-in-2-days/

i know you can go from start to finish in costa rica for about $590. so i have a place i can do this, if i want to travel for it:

http://ticowind.com/CostaRica/kitesurfing-classes-lake-arenal.htm

i am also a 20+ year paraglider pilot and am familiar with paragliding instruction. you can definitely get deals on getting P2 paraglider certified, so i feel like there must be some deals out there for kiting. it strikes me kiting has a lower liability level than does paragliding...
