Justice Elena Kagan said that the number of questions the prosecutor asked of African-American jurors was "staggering" when compared to the number of questions he asked of white jurors. Justice Sonia Sotomayor seemed incredulous that the prosecutor was allowed to continue trying the case despite what she called his "passion for the case."

One of our resident racists is crying foul...
seems there was just not enough proof to convict by a single prosecutors opinion. Gee isn't that why trump is not being charged?
you are all for it for a white man but against it for a black man. One has such importance to society and one is in comparison a jaywalking.
Added the guy has been fired and does not seem like many are lining up to hire him. No-one is praising or defending him... His penalty is very clear, plus they noted first time offender and has worked his life in civic issues for betterment of people without pay, and never had a single court judgement against him. His crime did not pay......
whereas trumps crimes have paid off and trump has been in legal trouble with judgments against him his entire life. Even his so called charity was a scam, his university was a fraud, females all over saying he molested them or raped them even children, and on and on.

you are a liar, who says I disagree with them in principle? again you do not see any liberal championing him, or even high fiving him, or defending.
again the prosecutor seemed to believe there was not enough evidence to convict....
and he did pay a huge price, was fired and so on. again never a brush with law, never defrauded people and did not have 30 females saying he raped them.
If he was a republican he would have been a white person, he could now be eligible to president or been able too run for senate and so on. No lie is too bad if you are a republican...
