You miss the point, and MG's. Large scale changes, such as the one you describe, have occurred throughout history without the influence of big oil or DiCaprio's jet. It is entirely reasonable to vigorously question the opinions of those who shape public policy, particularly when they are repeatedly proven wrong. Sneering condescension adds nothing. |

From the master of sneering condescension. Indeed, large scale changes in climate have occurred without the influence of big oil—or your sneering comment. But science explains those changes. As it explains the difference with greenhouse gasses. Science, not radio degrees. |

One of fastest shrinking ice glaciers in the world is reversing course and starting to accumulate ice at an alarming pace, a new NASA study published Monday finds.
The Jakobshavn glacier, located in Greenland, began thinning around 2012 to nearly 130 feet annually. It’s been growing again at about the same rate for the past two years, a study in Nature Geoscience noted. Scientists reacted with surprise, noting that they grew accustomed to the glacier receding. |

Malibu appears to be confused by the science.
Quote: | The Arctic is warming twice to three times as fast as the global rate due to the unique feedbacks in the Arctic climate system—a phenomenon known as Arctic amplification.[1] As a result, Arctic sea ice retreat has accelerated over the past 30 years, and most models predict the Arctic could first become ice-free by mid-century.[2] As sea ice declines, it becomes younger and thinner, and therefore more vulnerable to further melting, which opens the Arctic to further warming. Arctic amplification also has impacts on larger air and ocean systems at lower latitudes. |

Anybody realize that Earth Hour Day was yesterday, where you were supposed to turn off all your lights a 8:30 last night, for one hour?
Yeah, me neither.
But this year it would have been totally appropriate, the Green New Deal would leave us in total darkness. Maybe next year, if anyone can remember. |

With only one sentence, NW can express his ignorance and bias. Pretty sure that science—and reading comprehension—escape him. |

When you know absolutely nothing about an issue, are incapable and uninterested in learning anything about an issue, and think an insult is the most you are capable of...
Troll on. |
