Blog: NE versus West winds over Pismo and Ledbetter

Hi Gang,

Today I posted a wishy-washy Pismo and Isla Vista to Ledbetter forecast.

Basically, because there was a going to be a battle waged over both sites as NNE to NE winds from the interior tried to divert the ocean westerly winds and it was impossible to foretell the victor at the 11:30 AM update.
