Nice day at Crissy. Out with 4.9 there is just a relatively narrow area of wind on the west side btw the towers. Fun, very flat but with a bit of south swell. At 4:45 it decreases a bit and I decide to go back, never know at Crissy, and call the day. It was still blowing relatively steady 5.8-6.5 when I left. Good foiling weather with a few wind foils out. Some people are really doing great with the foil Very Happy

three days in a row at Crissy. Wind has been good late in the day, too. Magic foiling conditions under and outside The Gate. Some windsurfers have been also windsurfing late in the day on 5.0s and floaty boards.

Today and yesterday were really great on 4.0 and the foil. Tuesday was 4.6/88 wave... some big swell outside the bridge.

SailSUPped Natural Bridges today on my Angulo 10' 2" and Ezzy Cheetah 7.0. Worked well for the conditions. Mid teens on the outside, lighter on the in. Was able to get over 17 knots by using the swell.

Nice that Mike Godsey includes Natural Bridges in the Pro Forecasts often. The model WF-WRF works well for Bridges, but less so as Autumn approaches. So, good to have the human forecast to factor in.

Windsurfed Natural Bridges today and yesterday. 3 folk sailing yesterday. Just me today. I used a 6.1 Ezzy Elite both days. Wind was in the mid to high teens. More than was up the coast. Autumn conditions are here. Rather than having twenty knot winds for several hours one has high teen winds for less than a couple of hours. More difficult to be there at the right time. And always looking over one's shoulder trying to determine when the wind is going to die inside so that you get back to the beach before it is totally gone.

Still, I love windsurfing on the ocean more than most anything else. Still stoked.

Bit hot today?
5.2 and foil was solid today at Berkeley and 6.5 windsurf would have been rockin, like yesterday.
Ain't over yet.

PI was off the hook today!

Averaging 26 at the sensor but closer to 30+ at the structure. 5.0 was pretty much survival mode sailing most of the day as not many thought to bring smaller sails for a late Sept day.

Keep'em coming!
