Got lots of time on both the 1150 wing and the 1250 wing. Took a few days to get the board set up using the adjustable foil track and adjusting the sail track. The 1150 wing is my go to foil. Its just super fun to use. At first I thought is wasn't very stable and didn't fly early. Now that the board is balanced I take it all back. Its a great foil and its fast and stable. Big guys or new foiler's Might be happier on the 1250 but not by much. I have no need for a sail bigger that a 5.2 where I foil on the 1150 wing. The 1250 would probably carry a large sail better if needed.
The original 95cm mast hummed and vibrated to the point I could feel it in my feet. Big Winds board shop and Naish sent me a replacement and its perfect. I can't state enough how Big winds went the extra mile to take care of the issue ASAP. If you need anything wind, buy from them. Service and a brick and mortar store are a rare thing in our sport.

love my Naish 2020 1250 front wing.
Great control in flight, turns well, very stable.
I haven't tired the 1150 as yet.
Have used with with sails up to 6.3 without a problem.
I weigh 165# and have been using it with a 2019 Naish Hover Crossover 120 liter.
also agree that Naish customer support has been great.

Happy to hear that your enjoying your foil. I went with the 2019 Hover board but gave the Cross a lot of thought. Are you using straps on your Cross? If so how does the forward foil track and straps balance out? Having both wings, I would say that the 1150 wing is a bit faster and might get up wind at speed better but not by much. My set up seems like high quality gear for the costs...

Hey Novaan,

I've been foiling for only the past year.
got the crossover as I use it for LWFS, hope to take it to the waves for windfoil or just light wind windsurf wave sailing. I've been having a lot fun with it in larger swell.

With the 1250 the board feels a lot more balanced.
I'm using the windsurf fuselage which places the front wing further forward from the mast than the surf fuselage, but still using the older rear wing. I have a 2020 rear wing on backorder. Front wing is in the middle of the Rear and front straps, which are both in the most forward screw settings.
Using both straps very comfortably with this set up .

I was on Sling Shot board and foil. No adjustable foil track. No matter how I set up the the sail and straps I couldn't get balanced in both straps. Foiled front strap only. After making some adjustments on my Naish set up, I'm very comfortable in both straps now. Its a big plus to be able to make micro adjustments on the foil placement..
