A board ships or $140.
One sail $80.
Inconsistencies abound.
Deliveries inconsistent. |
Not at all, quite the opposite. Mail order is in exponential growth and will hit $740 billion in the US (1 in 5 of all sales globally) in the next couple of years. It's a massive growth area. However, high delivery costs (mostly due to fuel costs) are the main reason for the non-completion of an online sale. This one of the reasons that the multiples, that can either absorb shipping costs or can negotiate a shipping discount, are being so successful.
not that any of that helps the OP. |
The OP, from your last statement line is beyond help so little matter :: he can’t find a sail that is olde but has to be a new one, yes gives me a headache . Incomprehensible that a suitable replacement doesn’t exist.
The silly shipping remarks, my last quote for a 88liter from colorado to San Fran was $80, a month ago. Freight with terminal pickup.
$50 For a sail fedex would be typical,I use a FedEx account for a small discount.shipping to business is also cheaper.
Shipping has increased , it didn’t happen overnight, the articles we deal with are LONG . _________________ K4 fins
