I am missing something, how can you have executive privilege when you are no longer a president.
There is only one president at a time.
Note, secret service was forced by the supreme court to testify against Clinton. And that had no treason issue at hand. _________________ when good people stay silent the right wing are the only ones heard. |

ahhhh they are finally starting to answer my question....
Biden who is in charge of executive Branch has not requested executive privilege on the trump stuff. So there is no executive privilege.
