Maui Fires

As many have heard, wildfires fueled by high winds from an offshore hurricane are burning. Lahaina Town is destroyed. Fires in Makawao and Kula remain a threat. Fires are now burning in Kihei.

Power is out in many communities and communication networks are very slow or, in the case of West Maui, almost totally gone.

Six killed, dozens injured. A horrific and tragic situation continues.
