Pager reception at Lake Isabella?

Just wondering if reception is good/bad at Isabella?

We were not receiving updates this weekend at Isabella. I lost the pager last year and replaced it but reception doesnt seem to be as good.

Just wondering if its the pager or not.

There has not been a signal for the pager to recieve at the lake most of this year. It reports until you enter the canyon,then loses its signal .If you get cellular service at the lake you may be able to get wind reports via your phone.The website graph readings also have been inconsistant,sometimes not registering for extended periods of time usually prior to noon.This has also been a problem with the pager indications.They are aware of this and are suposedly in the process of fixing the problem .Old worn out equipment they say.Keep your fingers crossed.....WS

Yeah, no reading at te lake, and the readings saturday morning claimed early ssw wind, when it was non existant. Cost me a tank of gas. Im not that happy with the price of gasthese days. Pager is supposed to save me money.
