If the wind is up in the morning I'm going to try dawn patrol at Chapin. That's probably a guarantee that it will die early. Anyone else sailing? |

Scooper,
It looked pretty weak this morning. How'd you make out? It's killing me how hard its been blowing the last 3 days only to get skunked on Saturday!!!!
Congrats on the night session at Pleasure Bay. Last time I did that was during Huricane Katrina, best session I've ever had there.

I was ready to go at 5:30 but the wind was light so I gave up and did a little work on my house. My mistake. Around 7:30 I noticed that it was windy at Duxbury. I zipped off but by the time I got on the water it was already getting lighter. I sailed for a few hours in the marginal winds, planing occasionaly. I think the wind was playing an early April Fools joke on me. Still, I'm glad I went. The salt meadows at Duxbury, north of the bridge, were very serene. Just me and the seagulls. |
