If ever there was an advertisement for owning at least one slalom race sail in your quiver it was Saturday. So much easier to control when powered and such a larger range. Particularly when its that windy. The wave / frestyle sails can not sheet out because they back wind so you always end of rigging down. Consider getting a 5.0-5.5 race sail and instead of rigging that 4.0 wave go 5.X race. You'll be amazed as the handling and control when lit. Unless your doing flaka's/freestyle (which you do anyway with a bit more practice) there is no other drawback - well maybe price. And when its that windy you are not doing those freestylin moves anyway. Plus when jumping they handle much better in flight and result in softer landings because they continue to work in the air much better than my non cambered sails. Any I don't post that often but had to make the plug.
