Once I posted a "Lost" ad on surfline that had my email address was inundated with spam for two weeks as result. As a Realtor, I have to be careful about what information gets into people's hands. Phone numbers, coupled with other information can help bad people do bad things. No big deal, as the information wasn't up for long. In reality, if "the other bass player" had no problem with it, I wouldn't really care. I'm making an educated (schooled in paranoia) guess as to whether or not he'd approve.
