Check this out...
This is not just a drawing, in did,... this was my mast base for a wile... because fins and mast base is our biggest problem for windsurfers back in Cuba.... once we was running out of mast bases..., I toke the top and bottom pins from a broken base... and cut and fold 2 pieces of Stanly Steel ... and everything has is on the draw... but I warning you... is highly dangerous.... it may work as an industrial scissors and make disappear part of your foot... (almost happen to me once,.. but We have to keep sailing)... .. What do you think?.. Sure I patented?... hahahahha

Are there still windsurfers there having a problem finding components? If you have a point of contact over there maybe we could send some stuff over. I know lots of us have old gear laying around that doesn't seem too nice to us, but it could really help people who can't get what they need.
