About a month ago, thieves stole brass fixtures from a tank in an industrial site, resulting in a toluene spill to San Francisco Bay. That's a real problem, that requires some real thinking. Thieves come in all different colors; there are more white thieves than other colors because there are more white folks. I think that solutions involve looking at the people who buy scrap metal without asking any questions--they are enabling the thievery.
To jump from a problem, to a multiple page screed about illegal aliens, as stevenbard does, is simply bigotry. To blame all problems on a single group, without evidence, and with such irrational anger, demeans your opinion and your ability to think clearly before all. |

Statistics aren't bigotry. We have laws and they are being broken. Why don't we just open our borders to all comers. It will be a great party for a couple of years and then all hell will break loose.
My wife is a Mexican imigrant which makes my kids also Mexican. It is easy to call someone a bigot without the facts, but the truth will prevail over pathetic ignorance. Secondly I personally have alot to loose if illegals were removed.
I just accept the fact that if this madness continues, America will fail. |
