UPDATE: Dang y'all are good! Friends of friends tracked it back to Utah.
See post below.

I had a mini-midlife crisis at Doug's today when my wetsuit fit as if my gut grew 2 inches over the weekend! But I soon realized the holes were in the wrong place. My last sesh was a rippen A.M. at The Hatch on Father's Day (6/15). Tossed my suit on the sunny rocks to dry near the bathrooms and somehow I drove away with the wrong suit. My apologies if I grabbed the wrong one first.

We are talking about two O'NEILL Thermo Layer suits - equally old vintage (of 8-10 years) with plenty of glue on each. If you or a wind-buddy is suddenly bragging about how damn good that diet is going, it's not! Sorry, you just have an almost identical wetsuit one size larger. Wink

Please call (541) 490-1551 if I have your suit, or if you have mine. You will notice the small loop of downhaul line on the front zipper.

Thanks!

p.s. Had a great XC ski with my daughter up the trail to the Heather Canyon lift that afternoon. Windsurf/Skiing in mid June - the Gorge rocks!

Sorry I was not at dougs but I did get a ski in on Heather at 5-7am fathers day, wasn't it good! I headed up to the waterfall. The bergschrund on the rock right there was 20+ft.

Next few days im going to either head over to Newton or Cooper Spur from Heather.

Want to go?

I think you picked up my friend Jims suit.
He ended up back to Utah with yours.
I think he'll be back around the 4th of July.
Maybe you can make the switch-a-roo then.
I'll call him tonight and give him your info.

Hey G

Did you make it out to Roosevelt this year?

I am mounting a pair of skis today, my neighbor wants to go.

I'll let you know about it. The last time I went over Cooper Spur I kept on having to dodge up to large TV sized rocks coming off the mt. It turned out some yahoos were throwing rocks off the upper ridges.

Thanks dangerd!

Jim called from Utah we and have a plan which will get both beat up wetsuits back to their original owners. Very Happy

Appreciate your assistance! We (Gorge sailors of all kinds) are sure good and figuring out gear mysteries!!! Cool

And Schred, there were lots of rocks coming lose on the sun exposed slopes (below Heather) around mid-day; a few bigger than beach balls! An early morning start up Cooper Spur still would have plenty of snow. Have fun!

We passed on Roosevelt since I was out of town Friday and Monday and the wind did not look too promising.

Watch out for the rocks and have fun!

rowenaman - Great news on the wetsuit and sorry about the thread hijack!

Hey Rowenaman-
My girlfriend is coming to the gorge from Utah on Tuesday(6/24).
She's bringing your suit with her.
She'll be calling you Tuesday or Wednesday.
