One can only speculate, but as DaBull said, this movie was more about promoting the filmmakers to the action sport film industry, and not so much to the windsurfing audiences... so I would venture to guess that the filmmakers chose very charismatic personalities and guys that are very photogenic that could appeal to the Hollywood crowd. As such, Levi, Kai, JP and even Josh Angulo were good choices. Unfortunately, Bjorn's charm or incredible presence simply doesn't show on screen or in pictures, so he, along with some other very good sailors, such as Nik Baker, perhaps just wouldn't hold the non-windsurfing crowd's interest. |
