What's with all the shitters at the port?

I counted about 42 before I lost track. One row had over 16!

Are they serving all-u-can-eat local seafood at the games?

Those are for the
American Cancer Society Relay for Life - July 19/20, 2008

A fundraiser to support the ACS. Teams walk for 24 hours to raise funds and to honor friends & family lost to cancer; to celebrate those who have survived; and, most importantly, to raise money to support the American Cancer Society's continual efforts to prevent, treat and cure cancer.

Here's an url for more information if you want to volunteer, participate, or support.

The Gorge Games is not using the port. The facilities at the port, including all the PPs that you see, are for the Relay for Life, which is also taking place this weekend. The Gorge Games facilities are up by the event site.

Here's the address for Relay for Life from their website.....
1220 Indian Creek Drive, Hood River, OR
I believe it's Hood River Valley High where it's been held for a long as I can remember.

The Gorge Games are using most of the Hood River waterfront
The Athlete’s Village is across from the Event Site

I believe the Adventure Village is located on the Marina Green

You are right. Sorry for the confusion. The GG camping is across from the event site and the adventure village is at the marina and the relay for life is at the HRVH.
