Move Gorge Games to June.. keep our beaches open

yes, those who get there first do get the spaces, like anywhere. Scotia, Darren and Gorge Cup race organizers have been terrific to keep beaches open and to monitor safety, sometimes even stopping race to do a rescue.

that said it would be great to hear more speak up about the issue of moving Gorge Games to June. I feel strongly its a win win for all

I would encourage all to give verbal, email or otherwise feedback to the Port and hood River City County. hearings would be helpful before we again close public beaches to promote a sold out oversold july , August product.

"Go where they ain't" to June for better sponsorship return and publicity and more time for locals to be a part of this>
