Hi everyone!

I need your help desperately. I'm looking for a batten tensioner for my Hifly X-Ride 5.5 (made by Gaastra) but can't find information about it. Delta Windsurf at Sherman could not help me.

Here a link to the Hifly sail:

I added pictures of one of the actual batten tensioners.

Thanks in advance.

Zada

P.S. It seems that the batten tensioner for Loft sails are similar to what I'm looking for.

Those tensioners look exactly like the ones used by Maui Sails on the TR and MS2 series sails. Give them a try at mauisails.com, Barry may have designed that sail in a previous life! Bull

There are numerous tensioners that will work to replace this.

If you make it down to the Berkeley area I can give you one. If you are up in the delta just look for someone rigging or using a Hansen sail. There are some extra tensioners in their sail bag.

Chinook distributes HiFly now....and they are awesome when it comes to customer service and warranty support. Just call em up: 541-374-5005, they'll take care of you.
