I'm looking for a trim and power box fin for an older Mistral screamer and a saxo. Both boards are around 100 liters and 260 cm. The fin calculator didn't help much but i'm guessing a 8"-15" fin would work. Ive tried craigslist a few times to get fins but I haven't had any luck. I'm 22 and on a college budget and I'm not sure if it makes since to buy a new fin worth more than my boards. If anyone has fins that aren't being used and will sell for cheap, let me know. It would be much appreciated Even if the fin is beat up its better than not having a fin. I'm in SF.

There are often some good deals on fins on ebay. Also, check for swap meets in the next month or two. |

I've got a bunch of fins lying around, but I don't know the names of the various types. There are two types that I have the most of: 1. has a hook in the front and then a single screw in the back. 2. Has two screws.
I may have some of the type that is used in longboard surfboards also.
While I'm typing I also have a deviator, a boom pad, and maybe some old footstraps lying around.
I buy almost all of my gear used and people always throw in whatever stuff they have lying around. Now I have it lying around and it'd be great to see it in use instead of in landfill.
Send me a private message with an email or phone# if you're interested. |

If you can't find locally or used, here's the link to True Ames.
Like I said to you today on the beach, they're the best!
