Yep, that was another great day in many we had up there over the years. I think you were there with myself and Peer that day with Pen Paul pulling out a camera. Think P Trow broke his ankle on a sick areal he landed in front of me the same afternoon. I saw the huge decending lip smack his board on landing and his ankle just rotate. I was hoping he was going to make it in and in no postion to help if it was fractured as we were sunk in the soup by the remaining waves in the set.. No way to see what happened when kneck deep in foam. Take a right down the line, punch out through the sets and then take a left to gain back the upwind position and repeat. Didn't you break a mast or something that day? Remember you sitting on the beach laughing and shaking your head at one point during the day. Those were the days...Super fun, think it was early spring.

Yeah, mast high beach brake and then about ten others to go over before making it out. Each one a stupid jump. After 5 of those, I chicken jibed, rode a big one in, hit the lip and essentially landed on the sand......OK time to rethink that go out....hence shaking my head!!!!! That was intense!
