Bet the water is really warm, sometimes warmer than the air, causing a cool looking low lying fog.....
Fun to sail in the warm holding tank waters, and sometimes great winds too Laughing Laughing Laughing
Here on the left coast, we have RanchSeco's nuke plant, and a couple on the coast for surfsailors to bath in trunks and otherwise 50 degree waters.

It's actually amazing that Seabrook actually was built and is producing electricity today given all the flak it received after Jack Lemmon and Hanoi Jane produced the China Syndrome syndrome.

reminds me of the beach on the north side of Rincon' Puerto Rico. 'cept there is some nice waves there and the ol nuc plant dome is looking old and rusty.

Found this picture (not mine). this is nuclear plant near Voroneg, Russia. the say that water is +20C minimum year around.
