I know the water temps will be very low but keen to try and get out today. Anyone else planning to sail? |

I was planning ... but there is not much wind in forecast. Will see. I all loaded and ready. If I go, I'll be at Lakes Bay. _________________ Andrew

RSA147 (Jaco?) --
I see you sailed Cape May on the bay side not too long ago, in Feb. How was it? Any jumpable/ridable swell to write home about?
I'm thinking of hitting it tomorrow PM on the 17-22kt WNW.
I understand you were there on a southerly, but still would like to hear overall impressions.
Care to join? I was also thinking of taking a look south of the ferry channel, closer to the lighthouse at the point for potential sideshore conditions.
I'll be coming from MD.
Anyone else in Southen NJ interested in tomorrow's WNW fx?

Anyone considering sailing this Saturday (Nov 18th)?
Looking like potential for solid SW breeze in the afternoon and moderate air temps. Ocean or bay venues in the Spring Lake to Seaside area would be considered.

Likely going to sail out of Seaside from the Bay on Saturday afternoon. I'm rebuilding strength in my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery from the summer so my deep water waterstarts aren't quick enough yet for ocean side sailing. But I'm good for the bay.

Oops, though someone was sailing the NW gusty breeze today. Maybe see you out on 24th SSSP/Berkeley Saturday! |
