well, back to the loop tips, which I think is where this all started... another good thing is to get earplugs (vented!) I use Doc Scott pro plugs which are fitted and available at most surf shops- keeps the wind & most water out and will prevent a busted eardrum from landing a loop sideways, which non-vented plug may not. Honestly dont know why there arent more cases of surfers ear among windsurfers given that it is caused by cold water + wind combo which sounds like conditons we get into a lot around the west coast, anyway, check em out! |

I saw that in mens health also. To see whats up with that I searched the magazine further. Sure thing they had other SPONSORED sports like cycling and they showed the logo-d out gear no trying to hide anything.
It sort of pissed me off. The percentage of readers that have ever heard of windsurfing sponsors is nothing. A stab in the back of windsurfing and our gear suppliers. It was a stellar performance however, by a fearless windsurfer. That can never be erased. |
