What's PBay like during the summer season? How's parking? Do you sail in the open bay?
Sunday's forecast looks decent (better for Cape and RI but I'd rather not go to the Cape on a summer sunday) |

Come today (after 5:30pm) and you'll see how it looks. We could get some seabreeze tonight.
In general, you can't sail in the bay until 5:30-6pm.
Parking is usually ample.

I was wondering about Pleasure Bay in the summer too but I thought it might not get very good wind. I think I'm free tonight after about 5:00. I'll probably be there if it gets windy enough. |

I didn't get out of work until 9 PM.
scooper, Are you sailing Sunday? Maybe I can get the old board to you.
I sailed Lake Winnesquam (Laconia NH) Saturday with good NW wind. What a great place! |

Oliver,
Thanks for the thought on the board! It would be nice if it works out tommorow but I'm still not sure of my schedule. Where do you think you will sail, if you go?
I was supposed to go to Connecticut for the day, family visit, but I'm thinking about rescheduling. Maybe I'll check the 6:00 forecast tonight and decide. |

I don't see anything good in the forecast for tomorrow. Looks like 8 - 10 kts in RI, but that hardly seems worth the drive. If I get out at all it will be at the local Lake. |

scooper,
I'm thinking of going to PBay late tomorrow (4 or 5 PM). I plan to bring that old O'Brien board. I'm going to set it on the beach near the wall and if I forget to bring it home with me... Oh well that happens. Any one who finds it and wants it can keep it.
I hope we get some wind. I sailed more in March than in June.

Hi Oliver,
Are you sailing today? The forecast for P Bay doesn't look good but Kalmus or West Dennis does. I'm almost definately heading out somewhere. |

I may just sail the local lake today. Forecast is about as good here as in Boston and it'll save some miles. I hope you catch it good at Kalmus. |

Hey, looking at the forcast, it seems that PB might be pretty good today. What do you guys think? Anyone want to get out there this evening?
