Is this e-bay posting suspicious

I haven't heard anyone refer to the fin as the "back fin". This person is new to e-bay so seemed suspicious. Anyone have a Mistral Vision stolen recently?

Board is not new, could be a storage owner selling off contents of some abandoned space. I have seen a number of such ads on craigslist calling old junk "barely used" "spacetech CCK" boards with "several skegs" for "$500 firm".

Ask the guy, what's his story?

I sent the seller an innocent as possible question asking what the board was like to sail. Below is the response, I am guessing the seller is not a windsurfer:
