I totally agree with your health issue assessment, and have harped on it since the 1990s in my health & fitness column, right down to the elimination of PE in schools. This bogus idea that "exercise" has to mean "working out" has been part of my get-off-yer-ass drum-beating for many years. (The left's fight to eliminate scholastic and athletic competition for political correctness is a WHOLE 'nuther story!) But you're aware, I presume, of the many studies and experiments that prove pouring money into education does not help. |
