Yes there's definately some great wind in Jeri, and such amazingly beautiful scenery too. Beaches are stunning, and the nightlife good too - a very cool place to hang out for an extended period of time.

Grab a copy of the June '08 issue of WindSurfing, or July '06 - both include features from my trips to Jeri.

I can't recommend this place enough. It's a must-do.

So for about the fourth time I've asked ... how are the water and air temps at Jeri ... maybe in comparison to Maui, for example?

Jeri is equatorial, so it's very warm. Warmer than Maui.

Don't know water temperatures.

most sailors sail in shorts and a rash guard. I may have seen some in a shortie.

The biggest concern is sun - PILE ON THE SUNSCREEN. The equatorial sun is very harsh, and shade is at a premium.
