San Francisco Windsurfing Parents

Hi All,

Someone gave us a great suggestion, and I wanted to get feedback from the community. If you could please pass this along to any parents that you know (who probably don't have time to read this forum) that would be great.

Coyote Point Park has a $1m kid's park right next to the windsurfing area. Someone suggested that we find a nanny or two who would come to Coyote Point and watch children while parents go windsurfing.
Thus, parents could not only get on the water but also share in the cost of child care.

I have found 1 or 2 nannies willing to come to Coyote Point. Babysitting would not go through our school/shop, but rather we would help coordinate the dates and nannies for the parents.

If you are interested in this service or have any suggestions, please contact us. And keep in mind, there is a kid's park, snack concession (that we run), grass rigging or rentals and hot showers at the end of your session.

Great idea, wish that was available at Cabrillo Beach so I could get more days on the water.

Rebecca, I am not sure I will have a need for a beach nanny at Coyote, since my kid is 11 and involved in other stuff, but I just wanted to say as a parent that it is very nice and thoughtful of you to think of such a thing.

Thanks Tsokat. We cater to a lot of kids via kid's camps, but I know that we've lost a bunch of sailors to the demands of having kids.

I hope that is something we can make happen.
