I understand the dilemma that you heavier guys face. I had a similar problem with the light wind range that also included some wave involvement. While I'm tons lighter than you guys, the relative problem was similar. It took me 4 boards to find a real keeper in that range. Believe me the task was frustrating, to say the least. Keep up the battle to get what you really want. The task can be daunting, but perservance and purpose does pay off. |

I rode the Madd 115 in Hatteras (flat water / chop) last spring.
It seemed very fast and controlled and planed early for me (but I'm light). It also seemed nimble for jumps and jibes. I think it would do the trick for you.
