I didn't curse the wind at Rondeau last Saturday...it was solid 4.2 and great to see some others out starting their season. Water is up and warm enough for bare feet and hands so come out and enjoy the next SW sesh!

This was my first time sailing Rondeau (I'm from Toronto), and it was great. I launched from Shrewsbury - unfortunately, no one else was sailing there. I was totally juiced on a 5.5. A question for you Rondeau regulars. Is the water flatter or bumpier when you launch from Rondeau park? Do you have to wait for the weeds to form at Rondeau Park before you get flat water? Thanks. |
