| The water at Coyote is made of chocolate. That's what makes is so special. Willy Wonka only allows windsurfers and oompa loompas access. All the waders and kiters are subject to getting sucked up the pipe and dumped over in Alameda.

| The windsurfers are the guys with the gold chocolate bar in hand. The kiters are the Oompa Loompas - lots of chocolate all over them ...they love to drag/slide/eat the rich Coyote chocolate sauce .... The kiter 'kook' look with the surfshorts over the wetsuit ..this is "PURE" - Ooompa Loompa fashion ! If only the color ble smurf would come back in again ...it would be so Retro ..like a remake of the movie ...maybe even have Johnny Depp star in it . ...?? !!!
