monofilm sail repair

Does anyone have any recommendations for sail repair shops near Reno, Sacramento, the Delta, or Bay Area? I have an otherwise good monfilm sail with a blown out panel that needs to be repaired or replaced. Home base is Truckee, CA so something fairly close would be convenient. Thanks!

I have been taking my sail repairs to Bruce Sheldon in Rio Vista.

Last fall he was in Sacramento some of the time so you might be able to arrange a drop off there.

THAT's the name I've been trying to remember. MAN, were we impressed with with Sheldon sails 15 years ago! Every tester in our crew loved them.

For major repairs, like replacing a full panel, I like Sailworks in Hood River. Locally, I've been disappointed with quality, price and turn-around time. Sailworks will repair any brand and turn-around is usually 1 or 2 days. Figure about $45 for round trip shipping Fedex Ground. You could have it back to use next weekend.
