Does anybody know when the weeds in the parking area will be wacked at the Access? Not the park, but the turnout right before you go back up on the levee? This is the parking level below the levee just before the entrance to the park at the access.

We were parking there yesterday and were a bit concerned with the tall dry weeds and the catalytic converters on our cars (they were getting close). It would suck to start a fire with my car and windsurfing gear in the middle of it Embarassed

This could be a question for the RVWA. Sounds like a good concern, especially with the weather heating up and weekends getting crowded.

That's a good point, I seem to remember county guys out last year once. I saw some kids today having a fire on the levy; Candidates for the Darwin Awards.
I would have never considered that though, I encourage those who read to post any related info. Fire is one of my few weaknesses, aside from Bullets

Come out to the Sign this Saturday and Sunday for the Swap and Cleanup. You can talk to the powers-that-be while handing them a check for your dues and maybe a tee-shirt. (A little) money talks.
