Here is Sadie.
Put a cheese-burger in one corner, a person in another, and a raccoon in the third. Sadie would first run and eat the cheese-burger in under two seconds, then jog over to the person and sniff him. Just to see if he is carrying any food. Then mosey after the raccoon.

Sadie is unlike Blue(I can't find a picture of). Blue would go all out after the raccoon. All eating, drinking and sleeping is put on hold until the coon is captured. You know that phase "Dog barking up the wrong tree." It comes from the Coon-hounds because they don't bark up the wrong tree.....ever.

Sadie is a mix of coon-hound and blood or red-hound, either way, she is a mut.

Somehow I'd bet that he liked it better in the tropics. No?
Have your trained him to uphaul for you yet?

At work & play. Our dogs are really sweet but police dogs tend to make people nervous so they can only play in the water when no one is around.

Hey Coachg,
Is that a nuclear power plant or a couple of giant queens on an oversized chess board in the backround? Shocked

theq,
That is the old Rancho Seco nuclear power plant. Seco is one of the few places we can sail north winds since they shut down Windy Cove.

Hmm...I just looked at a Burmese Mountain Dog and it looks nothing like yours. Hmmm...I know that I've seen that breed somewhere. The name is escaping me. Help? Thanks.
Is it a Newfoundland? Perhaps I'm missing the scale of it if it is (Hey, you ever seen 5 two letter words in a row?). I'm no expert, obviously.
