No need for a board. Matt Pritchard made us do this standing in two feet of water with only a sail. Just go for the loop , sheet in and dive into the hole just in front of the mast. Doesn't hurt at all and you can practice loops on a no wind day.
It will teach you that the big problem is attitude not technique. It is quite hard to do the first one despite the complete lack of need for the right board, wind or ramp. |
