I'm seeing this update on the Event Site sensor's page. Doggone lightning strikes!:

07/07/2008 We've discovered that the old Luhr Jensen building (now home to a fantastic Northwave facility) took a direct lightning strike. Its completely fried our datalogger and may have done damage to the instrumentation. We have a replacement unit already on the way but it won't arrive for several days so we're going to be out until the weekend at the very least here.
