Is emptying motorhome greywater tanks (and possibly other) allowed in and around the Event Site parking lot? Port property?

There is a dump station at the treatment plant a few blocks southwest of the event site.

Dumping at the event site would be a no no.

I'd bet that dumping even gray water, let alone black (i.e., brown or yellow) water, is a very serious offense in both of these environmentally oriented states.

Jokes not withstanding guys, GRAYWATER is not 'stuff' from an older man. It is a term used for non-industrial waste-water from dish washing, laundry and bathing.

Before the mid 80's, many commercial campsites allowed graywater discharge directly into the ground at each site.

Since then, due to concerns over biological matter such as food residues possibly having adverse affects on agriculture, as well as risks of Hepatitis C and HIV from men's shower water containing semen, this discharge has been regulated.

'Greywater' (by pure legal definition) is considered in most jurisdictions to be 'Sewage’.

In the Catalina Islands, authorities board vessels and deposit dye pucks into the holding tanks.

I think the Event Site host should be forced to comply with the same with his motorhome, so long as he's going to carry on living at the Event Site for free.

That way he can't get away with dumping this stuff.
