Or some users aren't aware of the sails that have been equally bomber since the 1980s, such as Hurricanes (many of which are still on the water > a decade later). Do year-old Ezzy's sell for $100 less than they cost? Does Ezzy give you a new sail every year for $100 like Northwave does?

Quick update.
I sold my whole quiver, but one sail, on a mix of craigslist, ebay and sway meet.
Prices as follows:
Gaastra Manic 5.7 2007 Used once - $230 craigs list
Gaastra Manic 5.3 2005 Heavy use - repairs $20 craigslist
Gaasta Grind 5.8 - C+ 2005 $40 swap at Helm
Gaastra manic 5.5 2005 C+ - Ebay sold and shipped to Poland, $140 with shipping.
Gaastra 2001 6.5 GTR - $132 - B+ Ebay
Gaastra 2005 5.7 Manic $65 C- Ebay
Didn't sell a decent condition 2005 5.0 Grind for $50, was surprised, thought this would sell quickly.
Didn't sell off iwindsurf, Ebay was the best but a time consuming pain, craigslist received the quickest reaction.
Hope this helps. |
