Yep, they were wind dummies. I went out at 12:30 on a 3.7 when the wind picked up a notch. Nice swells.

Actually I was in a rush to get to the Hatch so it was probably a just a typo in my Bluff Report.
I can not make out enough anatomical detail from my window in White Salmon to offer a sexist description.
