I ride a 2007 Tabou Rocket 115 in flat-to-choppy Mediterranean waters. I am trying to decide on the fin to mainly complement my 7.7 NP Hellcat, or even my 6.5 Freeride sail. Currently, I have a 36 Drake Freeride Flow fin. My other is a 5.3 freewave/freestyle. I weigh about 165 lbs.

I am considering the following options:

1- GSport- Carve 40Pb (if I can find it anywhere!)
2- Drake Freeslalom Swift 40
3- MFC Liquid Pro 40
4- Not sure if I should go for the 40 version of my current fin...

Any opinions? Or other suggestions? Confused

Thanks much!
Hazim

GS or the S6B if you could find it as well.

The MFC LiqPro in 40c, would be a good option for the NPsail, or the RC series, MFC will provide you with EXPERT guidance off their web site.

I have found that the standard Tabou fin a MFC design made for Tabou in 36cm
is ok, Finworks FS Pro, similar outline is better.

For your smaller sail around a 36 is the right size.
You may have better exchange rate money wise with:: European companies like :
Select fins, a Ride would be my first pick
or
Tarifa Fin Co the Freeride fin.

I use the Finworks FS PRO, and the MFC LPro on both Rocket 115 & 140L
Cheers

I would definitely recommend considering Tectonics and True Ames fins.
