All right, the threads are getting stale. Is it just me or is the weather shaky for Saturday. If lightning is not in the picture, I thinking of making the big trip to Kalmus.

I'm kinda banking on the clearing west wind on Sunday in CC Bay with a early afternoon high tide.

FYI for Outcast and the rest of the surfers - While making the round up for my son's playdate, we took a ride to Nauset. At 3:30 fairly calm with a thick fog and the sound of some good waves breaking. A teacher from DY ran out of his classroom with board in hand pushing to get 1 hour in before dark. Another one from the school called me (through my wife) about surfing first thing tomorrow. I'm hooked, but these guys are on another level.

I'm thinking about heading to the cut tommorow afternoon. It sounds like there might be waves.

O.K. I'm heading to Kalmus to work on a little freestyle. Maybe I'll see you there Ron. I've got a big dark red pick up truck. I hope this wind happens.

I couldn't do it. Reason - couldn't get up for it in the rain.

I did change the neck seal on my drysuit. As with all the other ones, more or less a mess. I got an idea from a kayak website to clamp it together. I've tried pots, buckets and a basketball. All have worked but not as good as the factory.

My big problem was I put too much weight on it and the glued seal slid. Anyway take a look, it might give some hints to do-it-yourselfers. I plan to use it tomorrow.

I new those Duplos would come in handy some day!!

Nice wetsuit fix! I'll have to try that.
As far as Duxbury goes, I saw the rain over CT heading this way and decided not to go when it was howling 2.5mph and gusting to 7mph. The rain ended up going north of Boston, oh well. Tomorrow looks to be more consistent, we'll see about the temperature.
Tom.
