Hey Steve:
I just checked out your Blog. I wondered about yesterday. My time could have been better spent than doing yard work!!

No, but I would call a guy who's lit on a 4.7 in December at Coast Guard fringe. That's not marginal in some regards, but it does seem to fit. Of course the alternative of sitting here in 80 degree temps with a balcony view of the beach in winds that couldn't move a feather doesn't seem mainstream, either.

Hey Jerry:
I just followed the path to your blog which included the videos. Pretty Good!! - I like to see / learn from others, it's interesting reading!!
I figured with the wind over 30 at home first thing, I would have been over powered on my 4.2 coupled with a scrawny sub 140lb frame. A less than great night sleep worring about work didn't help.
In my handwritten journal - 75 days of surf and sail so far for '08.

Speedy, I stayed in Chatham as the tide filled in CG was not even breaking.
I do have to say the wind was up and down. Started fully powered then went to marginal and then went to lit/over powered and then backed off again.
Nothing wrong with 75 days. RC

Ah, Brucie, my heart's with ya, big guy.
It's cold, wet, miserable in Boston this morning. A sloppy walk through Quincy Market. A snow plow skidded off the road and flipped at the Rt. 24/495 interchange earlier.
Oh, wait, I forgot -- I'm Markie, the pool cleaning guy down in Florida. (Where you came up with that, I'll never know.)

RC | How many of them were WSing? I have logged in 67 days WSing, only one here in Florida.

Brucie, the folks in East Falmouth hope that you'll log them all in Florida from now on.

You got me beat Bruce.
With limited gear only 28 days with a sail. Since '04 when I started writing things down, its about 31+- days / year and equally split between 6/5/4 sails.
Adding 47 surfing "trips" and my overall grade point average around 86.5% I'm happy.
